Shipping:


• Shipping Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours. Please note that personalized items may take longer. If your order has both personalized and non-personalized items, your order will be split, and the non-personalized items will be delivered beforehand.

• Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on orders over ₹599. For international orders, shipping charges apply.

• Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, email, and SMS. If you have ordered both personalized and non-personalized items, your order might arrive in parts.

Returns:

• Return Policy: We offer a 7-day return policy on all unused and unworn items. Please note that personalized jewellery, perfumes, candles, coins, utensils, and God idols are non-returnable unless defective.

• Return Process: To initiate a return, please visit our website or app. Alternatively, contact our Customer Support team for assistance. Once the return request is made, we’ll arrange for reverse pick-up. Make sure to answer calls from the delivery partner, otherwise, the process may be delayed.

• Refund: Refunds will be initiated once the returned item is received and checked at our warehouse.

• Replacement & Exchange: You can request a replacement or exchange as per your needs. Replacement is only processed after the initial return is picked up (for Gold items).

Important Information

• Missing Items: If any item is missing in your return order, we may deduct the full MRP of the missing product from your refund.

• Non-Serviceable Areas: In rare cases where certain pin codes are not serviceable for reverse shipping, we may request you to return the product via India Post and reimburse reasonable shipping costs (up to ₹70).

• Empty Parcel Claims: If you receive an empty parcel, please contact customer support within 48 hours. A 360-degree unpacking video will be required to process your request.

Return & Refund policy

At Tanyam Jewellers, we do not offer returns or refunds once the product is delivered, unless:

The product received is damaged during transit.

The wrong product was delivered.

If any such issue occurs, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.

We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons like personal dislike after delivery, or on imitation stones/jewels.
